Terrible Zipper

This organizer is fine in it's layout and shape, but the main zipper that contains it all is unreasonably difficult to open and close. I hoped to use this daily in my briefcase to help keep small items organized, but the zipper is so annoying that the whole item becomes impractical. I've also asked to return the product, and Incase has yet to respond to my emailed request after several days... very disappointing and a poor experience overall.
