Great customer service. I had to call for assistance with setting up my run times. CS took the time to walk me through each step, answering all my questions and explaining to me the benefit of using the unit stand-alone vs HVAC set up. I've only had it for less than a week but so far, I like it. I would recommend this unit. Giving only 3 stars because it’s a loud system and not quiet at all. my “pause” time keeps getting adjusted and the unit pretty much runs when it wants regardless of my setting. The refills are also pretty expensive for not being able to sample swatches for free before buying. But my overall disappoint is in the noise.
