Failed to seal at the valve
Not sure what is going on, but I ordered two packs of 20mm extensions, and not one of them would hold air with cores from Vittoria tubular tires and latex tubes. I'm very disappointed this turned out this way for something so simple.

Valve extension leaked. Had a professional mechanic set it up, testing 3 different tubes and they all had this issue

Just a simple extender, but when you need one, you need one. And this one is great.
