Very Helpful
I made a mistake and thought I ordered the right size and instead ordered three sizes too small. I sent an email explaining my situation and they were more than happy to work with me we were able to do an exchange and now I have the right boots they're very comfortable and classy. You can't go wrong with this company they stand by their product and have top notch customer service.
