ZEN Patch

The Zen patch seems to help me stay calm when things don’t go the way I want the. Except for last night my sleep seems better. I wasn’t waking up as much.

Starting to sleep way better I usually wake up every two hours and doing that for 67 years now it’s way less but every four hours so I consider that good

My dad was put in the hospital. He broke his back and needed to have surgery. As the oldest daughter parental care is my responsibility. My sister in law called to get details.
