Having used the room for years I noticed issues with pressing hot water through the chamber. Ordered the upgrade kit and was floored to see the buildup of sediment! 7 years of use will do this to any espresso machine. HOWEVER!!! the cost to “repair” is insanely low. The upgrade kit installation went smoothly and the time and expense to repair kick the pants off an electric powered machine. SUPER HAPPY

Why no full upgrade kit? If a person is going to upgrades, it's highly likely they will want a pressure gauge.

Great upgrade for my original ROK. It was easy to install and the video helped. So far the shots are much better and the pressure is more consistent overall. Looking forward to using it again, date shelving it for some time.
