Grassy, but smooth and mellow. No astringency noted. It doesn’t clump and easily sifts; could probably mix it eith your water without having to sift. Overall 4.5/5.

Yummy matcha!
Finally got to try some matcha from this brand and it was fantastic quality! Very smooth and creamy in texture, a nice strong matcha flavor that’s perfect for avoiding a latte that just tastes like sweetener.
