Essentials Tape

This is my go to tape. Its easier to tear off pieces, but still holds up better than the generic tape you normally get at the gym. I use this all the time to help prevent flappers, tape up flappers when I do get them, and its been great taping up my toes for when I get toe blisters or scrapes when I forget to clean the sand and dirt off my feet before putting my shoes on outdoors
