Customer support was amazing! I accidentally broke the back plate on user error and they shipped a new one for free! Now that I got it setup correctly it feels incredibly secure. Its a solid product!

Honestly it works great! I am 98 kg and had no issues whatsoever until now, after 10 days of light daily use (mainly set of pull-ups here and there or suspensions). And I love the esthetic too!

Really enjoying the hangboard so far. Feels very sturdy and no damage to my doorframe/wall. One thing I haven’t heard people bring up is the height of the jugs for the doormount pro 7. For a standard doorframe I’d say anyone below 180cm might have trouble using them.
