Great product!

More energy it seems! I work out and was hoping to see more results as far as firmness goes on upper arms and legs. Only been taking it for 21 days so maybe will take longer. Love how it mixes with my coffee in the morning, no clumps.

I have used this at different times of the day even on days I haven’t worked out & I feel like it gives me better recovery after my workouts. I don’t feel as stiff & sore when I use CreaTone. It is tasteless so I add it to plain water. That is a very nice advantage.

Helps with my stamina!
