I love how well this product dissolves in water and it doesn’t have much taste in water I like it a lot! And am waiting to see the results in my appearance

More energy it seems! I work out and was hoping to see more results as far as firmness goes on upper arms and legs. Only been taking it for 21 days so maybe will take longer. Love how it mixes with my coffee in the morning, no clumps.
