Sparkle Mandala Throw

Poor and vague directions.

I have crocheted for more than twenty years and consider myself an advanced maker, but I found the instructions for this afghan challenging to follow. The pages are misnumbered, and page six appears twice. The directions themselves are vague and would benefit from additional clarity and detail. As a result, completing the pattern required considerable trial and error. The accompanying photos also provide limited guidance. The yarn is excellent and the finished afghan is beautiful, but given the difficulties with the pattern, I would not choose this project again if I had the option.

Love the colors & with the sparkle it is very festive. The instructions are sometimes confusing. The yarn is a warm weight and the texture from the pattern makes it unique.
