Parfait® Chunky

So Soft and Great Quality

The yarn is so much more soft than you expect, it feels like a dream to work with. It glides so smoothly around my crochet hook and it works up pretty fast. All the plushies that I have made and wonderful. I know people say "Don't start with chenille yarn for amigrumi!" but I've only used this yarn really and it was so good teaching me how to crochet. It's so nice that it makes normal yarns feel like a downgrade.

So soft but SO sheddy.

After the death of Joann’s I was in search for a new place to buy affordable plush yarn in lots of different colors. I was so excited to try Premier Plush yarn as I’ve seen a lot of creators use it. However, I was so sad upon using it to find that it sheds SO much, way more than any plush yarn I’ve used before. And I’ve used some really sheddy yarns! I would love to buy more yarn from Premier for the ease of access and affordability but unfortunately the quality is just not quite there for me.

Parfait Chunky yarn has become my absolute favorite. I make a lot of amigurumi and this yarn is beautiful, great colors and so so soft.
