I found this website thanks to my postpartum Daughter. I took the questionnaire, which was very easy. It guided me in the direction of the perimenopause after a complete hysterectomy in my early early 40s. I have always fought hot flashes,’ mood swings.. I have done the pellets the patches the dietes. Though only on this for a short time so far I am noticing a difference. No weight loss yet, but trying.
