This little pack of exactly the vitamins I need has cut down on clutter in my supplement drawer and really helps me feel prepared for the day when I take them!

So far so good!

Ive been using these for 2 months and have had no negative reaction to these supplements. I really appreciate how they take the guess work out of making sure everything works well together. I don’t know if I’ve seen a significant difference from before with just my multivitamin and previous supplements (which was significantly cheaper) but want to give it the full 3 months before I continue to justify the cost.

So far im loving these vita packs!

Ive been taking these packs for almost 3weeks, yet to go through menstrual cycle. But so far i am loving them! The convience of the packs is amazing. I like that im not opening 5bottles every morning, its just one tear and boom, vitamins. My sleep has definitely improved, my skin seems to be changing, no outbreaks and looks clearer. If that makes sense lol ill definitely drop another review 2months in and I go through a couple cycles.
