Tart Lime Electrolyte Packets

I have tried so many different electrolyte drinks. I like this one the best because of the flavor, not too sweet, and the fact that there are not a lot of unnecessary, potentially harmful ingredients. Why not 5 stars? The cost. My doctor wants me to drink 64 ounces of electrolyte fluid per day. I drink 48 ounces, using 1 stick to make that amount. So that is only 15 days per package at a cost of $45.00 plus $5.89 shipping.

Tart Lime Electrolyte is delicious. I am not able to handle a full serving, so I mix the large packet between two quart mason jars. This is about 40 -48 ounces of water. Then I drink about 4 ounces in more water when I am lifting weights or just back from a walk. The large packets are not as portable as the other brand I have used but I wasn’t able to ever drink a full serving of that brand either. The form of potassium and magnesium in Saltrz formulation is gentler on my stomach.

Mixed with sparkling mineral water, these packets taste like a lighter, crisper lemon-lime soft drink. We mix one packet of the tart lime, one packet of the unsweetened electrolytes, and 2 33 oz bottles of sparkling mineral water for a very light, crisp summer drink. So refreshing!
