The purse arrived in very poor packaging. It was shipped in a thin plastic bag with no protective wrapping or padding. Unfortunately, the purse arrived with several noticeable bumps and bruises that may not go away. Additionally, compared with the other items in the same order/package, this purse appeared and felt as though it may have been previously used or returned. The condition was not what I expected from a new item. I am very disappointed with the condition of the purse and the way it was packaged. Because of the damage and overall condition, I will be returning it. I would recommend using proper protective packaging and ensuring that items are in new, unused condition before shipping them to customers.

Bag was packaged very nicely. Its as pictured and I’ve enjoyed taking it out. It’s a very distinctive silhouette
