I've been taking this product for quite awhile. I understand it to be a strong antioxidant and huge for overall health. It's ready to take, sweet to the taste and I have had no negative reactions. I believe overall, it's helping me stay and look healthy. My only negative comment is as a result of Colorados altitude. My chaga Elixir droppers do not fill completely so I have to adjust.
