Nice design, weird fit

Really like the design of the cap and it looks great on my head but I cannot figure out what is going on with the fit. Something about the way its constructed, it feels too small on my head even though its really not. Just kinda weird but looks good. I don't feel as comfortable in it as I'd like, though.
