I am extremely dissatisfied with the order process!!! When I ordered the glasses there was no mention that they were back ordered and not available. I paid for express shipping and waited and waited for my order to show. After many days, I reached out to find the status of my order and only then did I find out they were not avaialble. So Kiaura not only let me ask for expedited shipping, they also took my order money even though the product was not even available. When I finally received the order after weeks, I reached out to ask for a refund of the expedited shipping fee. The response from Bernadette at Kiaura sales support (and I bet Bernadette is an AI Bot) was when they finally got the glasses in stocks after weeks they shipped them express, so no refund. They should have made me aware that the glasses were not available when I placed my order, should not have taken my money until the glasses were available and should have not charged for 3 day shipping to deliver them in 3 weeks. Don't fall for this like I did. A very dissatisfied customer.

I love both pair of glasses. Def quality and great style. I’m very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend.

Hello,As you can see from the below email from you I bought 2 pairs of glasses from you and I finally got around to having my eye doctor take a look at these and like I suspected the lens makes everything look blurry. I have not been wearing them because of this issue so they are brand new. I thought I was crazy until I had others look through them and they felt the same way. They are obviously made wrong... Please advise on this issue and what you can do about this.  Pauline Clarke
