Gift wrap was nicely done- purchased a sweater for my sister-in-law. I was disappointed in how I was treated in the store when I arrived to pick it up. I wanted to look at a couple other items that I saw online (beach towels and a bracelet). Neither store employees would give me the time of day, store was basically empty too. I felt like a burden the entire time. Asked about towels, employee vaguely pointed me in the direction and didn’t help. Gift wrap is worth $10, but everything there can be bought somewhere else on island with sales staff that are kind, friendly and helpful.

Difficult to review a gift sent from your shop directly to Santa Monica

I can’t review a gift to someone else. No idea how the wrapping was! Also don’t know how she liked the cashmere scarf although she said she loved it. You should, and maybe you do have an exit if it was a gift! I can’t imagine she didn’t love it.
