Finally a pillow that keeps me cool at night!

I usually don't write reviews but I have been pleased on the cooling sensation this pillow leaves through the night which I was very much looking forward to after changing so many pillows. The customer service I reached out since initially there seemed to be a delay in the shipment has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

Finally, found the right pillow!

I've been back and forth with Dosaze over the past few months to try to find the "perfect" pillow. Customer service was great with shipping and returns for original choices which were not right for me. The ThermaCool Adjustable does the trick. I can mold it into the shape and support I need, adding or removing filling. I appreciate the patience Dosaze showed through the process!
