D-Handles

I’ve used a number of different lifting strap variations over the years, and all of them have been helpful for making sure grip strength isn’t the limiting factor in my lifts. They’ve also helped me feel more connected to the target muscle. That said, none of them compare to the Torq D-Handles. The D-Handles give my wrists even more support than traditional straps, and they change the angle of my wrist in a way that makes a huge difference especially on back exercises. I can feel my entire lat engaged throughout the movement with much less effort than it usually takes to find the right position with traditional straps and handles. Everything seems to lock in naturally, making the whole lift feel more effective. I’ve never felt my back light up more. I’m also extremely pleased with the attention to detail, especially having the ability to use multiple strap positions for different exercises. I’m excited to keep testing them out on more lifts.
