Day & Night Set

Time will tell

I started taking the daytime first. I didn’t really notice much of a difference. Then I got the day and night kit and the one thing I’m stoked about is that I’m sleeping great again! Good sleep really matters to me, so I’m gonna keep going taking both.

I upgraded

I started with just the AM subscription and was definitely feeling a difference in my moods and I have been feeling much less agitated. But I still sleep like trash. So I upgraded to the AM/PM combo. It’s only been about a week, but I’m optimistic!

Works like it says it does.
