Best baby yarn to make infant hats for hospitals

So far I've had 3 different yarn breaks in this skein and I'm not even halfway through. I get that this is unavoidable but 3 in about ¼ of a 140g skein seems a bit much

I am really enjoying knitting with this yarn. It has a soft luster and knits up beautifully. The color is just beautiful, too.
