We started with the gum but my husband and I are not gum chewers. So we got the Energy & Focus mints. These were good but the extra strength are perfect for us! Not too much and not too little. we will continue with these.

Love to pop one before the gym or a shift at work. Gives me a boost of energy and mental clarity. Stopped using pre workout and drink less coffee too!
