I love how it just dissolves right into my coffee. I have switched to this brand for many reasons but the main reason is that I don’t have to worry about what I’m putting in my body every day.

This is my first time ever taking creatine and I really don’t have any feedback one way or the other. I put it in my coffee every morning and I hope it’s doing some good for me but it’s certainly not hurting me.
