Perfect
I've been looking for a mixing medium like this forever. I like the way you can dispense the product easily, with the dropper. It also makes whatever pigment you use waterproof (?) so it won't budge. I used it with gilttery/chromy pigments so that helps a lot.

literally amazing, you can turn eyeshadow into eyeliner and it’s so waterproof (it’s actually a bit of a struggle to remove haha)
