Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. I ordered flowers as a gift, but what was delivered was different from what was shown when I placed the order, and the bouquet was also noticeably smaller than expected. I also paid an additional fee specifically for morning delivery, yet the flowers were not delivered until the afternoon. On top of that, I never received any notification or confirmation that the flowers had actually been delivered. Customer service was equally disappointing. It was almost impossible to get in touch with the shop, and responses by email were extremely slow. Considering this was a gift and I paid extra to ensure delivery within a specific time frame, I expected a much more reliable and professional service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

This was the second order I have placed with Fig & Bloom- the website was easy to use- no delay my order being processed and i LOVED receving a photo of the flowers before they were delivered.

I made my order from the UK and the flowers were delivered with great care. Wonderful and fast service.
