The Cortisol Fix Patch

Funny bc I didn’t sleep well using this. Tried it for a week long. Applied after my evening shower bf bed. No good. May try the opposite approach and apply in am. Otherwise it leaves a sticky square around the edges upon removal. Need alcohol to rub off. I also bought the detox patch will try this separately.

Unfortunately, this product didn’t work as well as I had hoped. I didn’t notice much of a difference, and I found the patches to be quite large for my preference. The adhesive was also difficult to remove. While it may work better for others, it wasn’t the right fit for me.

Patches left an orange sticky ring that was very hard to scrub off, which became a barrier to consistent use.
