So much better than canned.
I cannot imagine going back to canned chickpeas after cooking my own. I followed Suzy’s instructions for soaking and cooking and they are perfect. Really, there’s just no comparison to the canned version. I cook the entire package, measure into two cup portions and freeze to be used as needed.
