Where has this been all of our lives! It was served at a terrific restaurant in CA and we were hooked! We put cinnamon, cumin and tarragon on it along with tahini or tzatziki. Surprised this hasn’t taken off!

Freekeh
I am very excited to find this source to buy Freekeh. A small grocer in my town had it once and I loved it. They stopped carrying it and I was unable to find it. I am so pleased to be able to order it again from The Mediterranean Dish!
