No company is perfect, but they made it right.

I originally gave this organization a 1 Star review based on the literally 5 Gal bucket packaging of the food I ordered. BJ's reached out to me within one day and wanted to make this right. They were helpful and kind during the process and pointed out that the webpage I had ordered from, was indeed missing important information regarding packaging. They offered me $300 credit towards any food we wanted, which we accepted. The package arrived yesterday as promised and in smaller 2 lb containers that are actually usable. As noted before the product is high quality and I'm thankful this company cared enough to make my experience right.

Great product, convenient for travel in a cooler with ice. I make my own food from local farms but like having this b. j. ’s as a backup and for variety. Excellent quality food and company.

My puppy especially loves this one. And I noticed when I thaw and prepare for her. It reminds me of steak. It’s nice and red and must be good quality because she is really thriving on it. I think all puppies have energy, but my puppy has more than enough and I think it’s due to her good eating habit so thanks. I’ll be buying more in the future, I think Raw is the way to go.
