Raw Vibrance

While i love having this product in our food rotation, this order did not go well. I've sent 2 emails but havent heard back as to what i should do. When I opened the box there was loose food from the Raw Vibrance in the box as well as ants! There is a small hole in the bag and the cardboard shipping box does not seal so ants got in there and are probably in the bag as well. I have no idea where they got in or how long they were in there. After our box was delivered we brought it in the house within the hour so I don't believe this happened on our front porch chair. I am waiting to hear back from Dr Harvey's to know what to do. My husband said just send it back don't risk ants being in the food contaminating it.

My dogs love this topper! I give them about half the dry food they used to get, add some raw/fresh protein on top of that, then add the raw vibrance! Every great once in a while they don’t get this royal treatment. Whenever that happens they look at the person like “where’s the rest? Am I supposed to eat this?”
