Rincon 2P Half Insert

A great addition to the lemhi tent. It is still a five star for me but while running the stove I had to sleep with it unzipped. A little better planning on my part could’ve changed that but I had to run the stove door in the middle of the tent to keep a good draft which made it hard to stock with the zippers at the ends.

Little short for the taller folks, but very light and compact.

Tent is extremely light and seems to be well made, that said, I’m 6’5”, and have issues with condensation on the head and foot of the sleeping bag (even when pitched elevated with a slight gap at the bottom). I would highly recommend this tent for average to shorter heights, but it will unfortunately be a warmer weather only tent for me due to size. Specs make it seem like there is plenty length, but much of the measured length is below my head and feet (especially with a thicker pad).

Got the 2p Rincon Half Nest for my Lemhi Hot Tent. Used it last weekend in the cascades and it was phenomenal keeping mosquitos away. Looking forward to using it this fall!
