Not impressive

Hard to styling I want to return but just keep it. I don't like it

Disappointed

I purchased this flat iron after it was recommended by a hair stylist but it just did not cut it for my curly hair or on my grandmother. Even on full heat with protecting spray, it did not leave my hair anywhere near as sleek as my 15 year old GHI flat iron. What a disappointment.
