Pilates Ring

Pilates Ring dents; NO customer service helps

I reach out about having many dents on the Pilates ring I ordere. Their email replies Looks like some Ai generated response asked me 3 TIMES whether I want exchange or return. I replied 3 TIMES. No one is helping.

Pilates balls were EXCELLENT

Great delivery and look exactly like they are pictured!

Pretty ring, not as much tension as I hoped for

Aesthetically pleasing but with more of a light/beginner tension. The rings at the studio I teach at are much stronger and provide more tension, which was what I was expecting. In the future I'll purchase another brand.
