Great product

I previously ordered the reformer from another company. They took my money and then never was able to reach out to them again. I finally was able to get a refund in my credit card. I found this product. The company was great. The communication was perfect and arrived on time, the equipment is better than I could’ve ever hoped to be expected. I just wish I had a studio where I could order another one.

Fulfillment process challenging but reformer is great

Finally received the reformer after a 2 month wait - sounded like there were some challenges in the fulfillment process (definitely recommend following up regularly to ensure your delivery is on track!!) now that I have the machine it is fabulous. Highly recommend.

Unexpected and delighted!

I didn't realize that so many high-quality props would be included at no charge. What a great surprise!
