Not sure it was that much relief because we didn’t use it long enough. Could not tolerate the strong floral scent.

Gentle Relief
I have only tried this for one period. My cramps were slowly increasing in discomfort. They were relieved somewhat, but when I was really cramping I didn’t have it on me to see how effective it was for real relief. The smell is strong, herbal, and natural.

A wonderful product
