I have short and thick hair. My sister let me borrow her dryer for a month to see if I liked it. Seriously this dryer dried my hair in 1/2 the time! Unbelievable. I also have arthritis in my hands and I love that it is light and easy to handle!

I will always be a customer of BioIonic products, the customer service/warranty is top notch. I have been a customer for 15 yrs or more, and have only had to buy a new product when I wanted newer technology, any other time I sent in a product for service, I received a brand new product, no questions or issues,ever. And if a newer model was available, I got that as my replacement. As a stylist in the industry 43 years, I appreciate the service this company provides.
