New Formula Disappointment - Beach Bum Laundry Detergent

I am so disappointed with the new Beach Bum laundry detergent formula. The detergent smells amazing when you pour it into the washing machine, but that's where it ends. Once the laundry is washed and dried, there is virtually no Beach Bum scent left at all. In fact, my clothes have a strange smell that I can't quite describe, but it's definitely not the fresh Beach Bum fragrance I was expecting. I purchased this detergent because I loved the original formula and wanted my laundry to have that signature scent. Unfortunately, the new formula completely missed the mark for me. Now I'm sitting on two full bottles that I won't use, which is incredibly frustrating given the price. I really hope Mississippi Candle brings back the original formula because I would buy it again in a heartbeat. Until then, I can't recommend the new Beach Bum laundry detergent.

MAMA THIS SMELLS GOOD!

My son walked in the living room tonight and said, "mama what are you using in the clothes"? I said "son, it's a detergent from Mississippi Candle Company". He said "well it smells goooodddd! LOL. So it's teenager approved!! We love it!

WE like them bith but find the cotton one seems kind of strong. When laying on bed sheets..almost like you are breathing it in as you try to sleep. May try to put into washer with 7th generation soap or something to see if it helps any or just not really use much at all..but thsn worry laundry wont get cleaned. We like the other scent( beach bum). The linen soray we dont use much of as we have used laundry soap also..do dont want to over power house. May use more of the beach bum deterhent as we enjoy it more and lughtky use delta cotton spray over top of beds ever so light...1-2x week.
