The Multi-Mag Brain Formula mixes well with no taste or stomach issues. It appears to be helping calm and focus in my child. Only issue is it thickens the drink if not mixed with enough liquid which gives a thicker texture to the drink and may take a little bit to get used to.

Could taste better

The product itself seems good and is helping our son…when we can get him to take it. The problem is, it’s a weird sweet and tastes awful in water, makes juice too sweet, and from my understanding calcium limits the absorption of Mg, so milk is not a good option. It’s best taken before bed, so I can’t really hide it in a smoothie (which is more of a morning drink). So basically, being a powder that tastes weird and sweet makes it hard to hide and my kid hates taking it.

Effective

We have been trying this for my son who is struggling with focus and has a lot of energy and it seems to help. I also take it when I have stressful days and before bed and I feel that it helps. Good quality product that will continue to use.
