Second time ordering the small box , it a good fit for my family. So far the all the meats have been great. The ground beef is great for kofta, the chicken seem healthy and lean, the goat was also great not fatty, we tried the lamb chops today but the best is really the salmon. We will be continuing monthly moving forward

So fresh
The meats were frozen when they came, very good cuts. Only complaint was they forget my free ground beef was really looking forward to it. But they helped fix the problem after a chat.
