Delicious beef ground and i made for Potato meat eggs muffin

The meat was more than 6 months old. There was a packed date on the meat which said it was packaged in Jan 2026 while I purchased the meat in July 2026. I bought lean meat but it was mostly fat. I am really disappointed in the quality of this meat.
