Bought them for my daughter and I for our trip to the theme parks. We tried it right away. We took one and had a slice of pizza didnt go so well lol. We took another one to get it in our system and it worked great during our trip! I recommend them!

I’m honestly disappointed. I expected these to work for me as the leading lactase supplement brand nor store brands worked for me. The first time I tried it I took one pill a fee minutes before drinking milk and still suffered gastrointestinal distress. I thiught maybe I needed 2 so I tried again with 2 the following day and the same thing. Then I thought I didn’t wait long enough so I tried waiting 10 minutes after taking the pills before consuming dairy then 15 then 20 but the results stayed the same. At most they post pone the inevitable. Normally dairy affects me in as little as 5-30 minutes but taking these extends that to about an hour or two. I forgot to cancel my subscription so I’ll try again with these next 30 pills hopefully its better
