I have only been taking probiotic for a couple of weeks. I enjoy the taste so far. I haven't noticed much as I believe because it hasn't been long enough.

The melon flavor protect probiotic probiotic is delicious. I previously had the peach. It was great too. I hope to try the pina colada in the future. They make it easy to help balance my gut!
