A family member recommended Adapt Naturals and once I looked into the research, ingredients, and testing procedures, I was hooked. The Bio-Avail Multi is the first AN supplement I added to my diet. As an added bonus I was even able to convince my husband to take these! We eat a well balanced diet on a daily basis, but even taking a half dose has been beneficial for us. Neither one of us has had any issues with this supplement. Over the past 6 months I have noticed that my body feels more stable, cognitively, physically, and even emotionally.

The only multi I like and use personally

The first multi vitamin where I felt a difference after a few weeks of using it. Better bioavailability, levels of nutrients in the dose that are more optimal, and this multi includes phytonutrients and bioflavonoids. Love this product and suggest it in my functional health practice often.
