Paddle issues
So far they are good we’ll see if the plastic breaks like the previous ones I purchased. So far I haven’t been happy with the plastic paddles. This is the third set of paddles I’ve purchased and a different design. Let’s hope I don’t have to throw away another batch when a paddle breaks and I have bits of plastic in my batter.

I love everything abt the bosch universal plus mixer and all the attachments. It makes the best bread & creams the best potatoes with the cake paddles & the cookie paddles equally is unmatched as well.
