Easy work

Making bread was a lot of work when I was kneading dough by hand. With the Bosch mixer, making bread is like making coffee, it’s that easy with this mixer. Worth every penny.

Also got the ice cream maker accessory. It did take 10 min longer than stated but I was using kosher salt because rock salt was not available. Made three loaves worth of dough twice. It handled that amount of dough just fine. The sandwich style bread came out perfect!

I'm so glad I bought this mixer! I can mix up my bread in a fraction of the time it took to make by hand, without the discomfort to my neck & shoulders I experienced before, & my bread turns out great! Cleanup is quick & easy too! Great product! Love all the attachments available to go with it. I look forward to using the food processor attachments!
