I’m in love
I’ve been living in the Stone Age thinking my 1974 kitchen aid from my great grandmother was the supreme of machines. Until I tried making a large batch of dough recently. When I came across this machine I knew I needed it. After researching many others I had decided on a spiral mixer from Europe but it’s not available in a 110 cord yet. So I came back to the Bosch until the other one becomes available and I’m so happy! I love the double whisk! I love the splash guard and lid. I love the open top for adding ingredients and the motor on the base for stability. It’s a beast. I dont love the center column when scraping out softer product like whip or banana bread dough that is soft and gooey. It’s awkward trying to get it all off from around the column. But aside from that it’s by and far superior to my kitchen aid. Sorry grandma.
