Love the lemon citrus, I can really taste the lime flavor which is so good.

This flavor is subtle and mg favorite!

Usually HATE Hydration drinks !

I cannot drink Liquid IV, propel or sugars free Gatorade for anything 🤢. I seen a post on instagram talking about Go hydrate. I immediately went online and ordered a few flavors. The lemon, Cherry limeade ( My fav so far) and the mixed box. I don’t like many sugar free drinks and I do like regular gatorade but don’t wanna drink them on a regular day to day basis (loaded with sugar and sodium). I have found that I really enjoy the go hydrat packets. I sip a little out of my water bottle and pour it right in, mix it up and it doesn’t give the usual gross chunky residue I have seen before. It mixes really smooth, isn’t to sweet which I love! Just lightly sweet and tart ( the lemon & cherry limeade) which is perfect for me! Only wish I could purchase in-store..I haven’t noticed them around at least where I live.. BUT, I will continue to order when needed for now! If you normally don’t like drinks like this..try this brand and I LOVE the added benifits with the extra electrolytes and vitamins.
