Excellent bike computer but needs phone for programming that makes it a little more challenging. Low battery indicator should be more prevalent. Need to monitor battery level more closely

Great little device using 3 channels + GPS
Works quite well in connecting to cadence, speed, heart rate and GPS. The integration with Android Phone was a bit disappointing. Even as a computer professional, I found the transfer of informaiton to the phone overly complex and too complicated to use. When it's connected to the phone to transfer data it cannot be used / cannot display anything. One would have thought the phone could be another real-time bluetooth channel like the other three.

Air GPS
Very simple easy to use. I got this, tried it and at first found it to fit only the skinny part of my handlebar until I realized Cat Eye had pre-installed the rubber shim. I saw this from another review. I removed the rubber shim and it fit the wider portion next to the stem just perfectly. Like another reviewer, noted that my computer was a little too easy to remove, but I had that problem with the mount that came with it, too. Just use a small screwdriver or 3 mm Allen wrench nudge up the plastic notch at the top of the cradle a wee bit. I wish I had know this sooner. My unit flew off.
I ordered my Cateye Air GPS on 6/18/24. There was a glitch in the system in regard to shipping priority mail vs ground. I contacted DJ and he upgraded my shipment without any issues or hesitation. I received my package yesterday. I installed the OF-100 bracket without issue. (I am a long-time client as I had a Cateye Mitty 2 on my old bike). When I put the Air GPS on the bracket if felt a tad loose, but I figured that was probably how it was supposed to be. Once I went on my journey with it, I hit a bump going out of my driveway. The Cateye Air GPS unit flew off. I emailed the company right away along with photos as the default bracket caused the unit to get scratch and you can now hear a piece moving inside the unit.
I called DJ today and he was very helpful, prompt and professional. He issued me a new unit and bracket. I am so grateful. Customer service like this goes a long way.
