Creatine+

Good but could use improvement

This is the fifth Elysium product I have added to my regime, but unless they make some improvements I will not renew my annual subscription. The dose and packets are a fantastic idea. The dose was just what I wanted as a 50yo woman who is taking it to help with muscle retention as I age. The packages, however, are impossible to tear open. If I don't use a scissors I end up ripping the packet down the side and spilling a large amount of powder. I hate the taste of stevia and this has enough to leave an aftertaste in my mouth paired with the not delicious flavors, I do have to sort of plug my nose and choke this down. I want to love this because I want to have an easy way to dose with creatine, but not happy enough with packaging or flavor to make me keep taking it.

Measurable Effect

For most of the dietary supplements I take, it is difficult or impossible to knowing whether they are actually helping. However, with Creatine+ I have noticed that my biking speed has increased without any effort or intention on my part. I can't confirm that Creatine is the reason, but it is plausible. I don't like the taste of Creatine+. I have to sweeten it. But maybe it is better than I do the sweetening and not Elysium as I must use an artificial sweetener because of diabetes.

A great anti-aging supplement

I have been taking Creatine for a month now and already see its positive impact. A great addition to the Elysium product line that I highly recommend.
